FuelMeister II

With a FuelMeister II you don't have to be a plumber or mechanic to make your own biodiesel. This is not a hobby kit but a complete system engineered with quality materials. You get all the specialized equipment and supplies you need to start making biodiesel that same day. Some assembly is required. All you need to add is vegetable oil, methanol, lye, electricity and tap water.

The whole setup fits comfortably in the corner of your garage. And because it's a "closed" system you won't have to pour or stir any liquids. The patent pending Direct Catalyst Injection design provides for goof-proof lye dissolving as well as metering and mixing and premix into the oil. FuelMeister II Dual – Domestic Processor

Increase your capacity with the FuelMeister II Dual. It makes 3-40 gallon batches of biodiesel in a 24 hour period. This is the same kit as the FuelMeister II, but features 2-55 gallon tanks, either of which can be used for catalyst injection or water washing. And with a 30"x70" footprint, the FuelMeister II Dual is very compact.

Just prepare a barrel of waste vegetable oil, a barrel of methanol, 2 cans of Red Devil lye, an empty barrel for your biodiesel, a power outlet and a water hose. With that you can start making biodiesel the same day you receive your FuelMeister II!

The eXpansion Tank module increases the capacity of your FuelMeister II personal biodiesel processor biodiesel processor platform by up to 80 gallons per day. That means you can easily produce 80 gallons of high quality washed biodiesel every single day.
The eXpansion Tank (55 gal) accepts your FuelMeister II Direct Catalyst Injection (Patent Pending) Lye Dissolver Lid and the Water Wash Lid, so it can be used for either making biodiesel or washing it.

It comes with its own Transfer Lid used for moving fluids between eXpansion Tanks or the FuelMeister II's tank. The module also comes with 6' fill extension hose with quick connector to the pump output connector of your FuelMeister II, and a 6' drain hose that connects the bottom manifold to the pump manifold quick connect on your FuelMeister II.

Fueling Station Kit

Now you can have your own roll-around biodiesel fueling station! Just insert the fuel draw tube into the 2" port on your barrel, attach the hose support and connect the power clips to a 12 volt car battery to start pumping biodiesel into your vehicle. The water-absorbing filter has a clear housing to check for water and a drain to remove it. The resettable meter measures in gallons. The fill hose is equipped with a gas-station style nozzle to fill your vehicle at 5 gallons per minute. Re-filling the barrel is easy thru the convenient 3/4" bung port.

Oil Pre-Heater (Domestic)

The FuelMeister Oil Pre-Heater system is a 1KW, 120VAC/60Hz heating element with thermostat control. It will accelerate your biodiesel production process by 2X-4X and improve your yields. It's perfect for those cold garages or sheds.

Simply wrap the heater band just under the lower ridge on your oil barrel and snap the spring in place. Then wrap the included special insulation around your oil barrel and reaction tank, and seal them in place with the aluminum tape. Set the thermostat and in 2-3 hours it will heat 40 gallons of oil from 40F to 120F.

Oil Transfer Kit

This is the easiest way to transfer cooking oil from pails, barrels and tubs into your 55 gallon oil collection barrel. Just connect the pump to a 12 volt car battery, insert the dip and the draw tube into the oil vat and turn on the pump. It will transfer oil at about 5 gallons per minute and draws 10 amps of current.
